Sometimes you will be the first to experience an item and other times items will be pre-loved and this can change each time the item is borrowed. • ID Verification may be required prior to shipment of your order
• Your rental fee includes cleaning and general wear and tear.
• In the event of significant damage, loss or theft, you will be Liable for the Estimated Retail of the item listed above, plus any discretionary fees.
• Cancellation of 14 days or more you will receive a full refund.
• Cancellation less than 14 days you will receive a credit note for Style Vault.
• Once an item has been dispatched there are no cancellations or refunds.

Delivery

We offer delivery Australia-wide via Australia Post Express Post.

Delivery Timeframes:

• NSW: 1–2+ business days.
• Interstate: 2–3+ business days.

For interstate orders, please allow at least two days for transit. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Your item will be delivered to arrive on or before your selected delivery date.

Rental Returns

Rental Returns are paid for by Style Vault and included in your original package.

Return Instructions

Your package will contain a prepaid Express Post satchel for returning your items. Please return your items via an Australia Post Office or a YELLOW Australia Post Express Post Box. DO NOT use a red post box. Any delays caused by improperly processed returns may incur late fees.

Returns should be made on the last day of your rental period.

Cleaning

You should never clean items yourself. Cleaning is included as part of our service.
