Each month you get access to site credit to use on rentals and purchases, as well as complimentary shipments, which varies on the tier of your membership. Items are professionally cleaned and sanitised before being sent to you.

Your site credit (sent to you in the form of codes via email) rolls over in full during your first two months as part of your minimum sign-up commitment. After that, 50% of any unused credit will roll over each month.

The maximum balance you can hold at any time is:

$200 for Classic members
$400 for Signature members

Site credit is non-refundable and non-transferable, so be sure to make the most of it!

Yes! After your initial 2-month commitment, you can pause your membership for up to 6 months.

During this time:

• You won’t be charged, and
• You won’t have access to member benefits or credit

Your membership will automatically resume at the end of the pause period unless you cancel beforehand. Just make sure any rented items are returned before pausing.
