How the Consignment Process Works
1. Submit Your Items
Fill out our simple online form, upload photos of your items, and tell us a bit about their condition. Once received, Style Vault will review your submission and send you a preliminary offer.
2. Receive an Offer
We’ll provide you with a commission structure for rental or sale and the details of your membership offer. If you’re happy with the terms, we’ll move forward with the next step.
3. Ship Your Items
After accepting the terms, you’ll ship your items to Style Vault. You’re responsible for a $15.95 shipping fee (unless you choose to have us supply the shipping box for an additional $15.95).
4. We Take Care of the Rest
Once we receive and review your items, we’ll list them for rental or sale on our platform. Every time your item is rented, you’ll earn a commission. If it sells, Style Vault will receive a portion of the sale price.
5. Earn and Enjoy
Sit back and relax! You’ll receive your earnings from both rentals and sales on a monthly basis. You’ll also enjoy all the benefits of access to the Vault.

Frequently asked questions
How do I know if my items are eligible for consignment?
We accept luxury bags, jewellery, and accessories in excellent condition. If your items are gently used, with no visible signs of wear or damage, they are most likely eligible for consignment. We can also look at repairs and restoration for your items to get them into rentable / sellable condition (at an additional cost)
What’s the minimum consignment period?
The minimum consignment period is 2 months. This allows us time to market your items effectively and ensure we give them the best chance to be rented or sold.
How do I get paid?
You will receive cash payments on a monthly basis, based on the commission structure agreed upon. Payment will be made via the bank details you selected during the setup process. If you choose to receive site credit, a voucher code will be sent to the email provided by you. It is non-transferable.
What happens if my item doesn’t sell or rent?
If your item doesn’t sell or rent within 60 days, we will contact you to discuss next steps. You can choose to have it returned or relisted.
What fees are involved?
The only upfront cost is the shipping fee to send your items to us ($15.95). If you choose to have us supply the shipping box, there is an additional $15.95 fee.
Can I simply sell my items instead of renting them?
Yes! When you submit your items, you can choose whether you want them listed for rental, sale, or both. The final decision is yours but if you choose simply to sell you won't earn any site credit upon listing with us.
How does the membership work?
As part of your consignment agreement, you’ll receive a Membership which is equivalent to the value of the item you have consigned to us. This includes exclusive perks such as discounts and access to other luxury pieces.
