Purchasing with Confidence

Every item is carefully inspected, photographed, and described with complete transparency. What you see is truly what you get — including notes on condition, any visible signs of wear, and whether original packaging, dust bags, or certificates are included. We also stand by our 100% authenticity guarantee on every designer piece. The vast majority of items on Style Vault are vintage and pre-loved, and as such, gentle signs of wear are to be expected. If you would like further details before committing to a purchase, we’re happy to provide additional photos or videos on request.

Each product listing includes:

  • Notes on any defects or signs of wear (updated regularly)

  • Information about what’s included—such as original packaging, dust bags, or certificates of authenticity where applicable

Authenticity Guarantee

All pieces listed for sale are authentic designer items, and we stand by that with a 100% authenticity guarantee. Whether it's a rare runway piece or a coveted classic, you can shop with confidence knowing you’re investing in the real deal.


Change of Mind Policy

  • Items from the Rental Catalogue:     If you purchase a piece that is also available for rental and change your mind, you may contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order. In this case, your purchase will be converted to a rental, and you will be charged only the rental fee (plus applicable shipping). The balance of your purchase payment will be refunded.

  • Items Not in the Rental Catalogue:    All sales are final. However, if you change your mind, you can relist your item on Style Vault free of charge. We will waive our usual sales commission for relistings within 14 days of delivery.
      Please note: if your original purchase was made with a discount code or as part of a promotion, this will be factored into the relisting value.
      Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final payout.


    • Consumer Guarantees

    Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are protected. If an item is significantly not as described, faulty, or fails to meet acceptable quality standards, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
