Shipping & Delivery

At Style Vault, we’re committed to getting your pieces to you on time and in style.

Where We Ship

We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post Express. At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Cut-Off & Dispatch

Orders placed before midday (12PM AEST) will be dispatched the same day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after this cut-off will be shipped the next business day.

Need it for the weekend?

Orders placed by midday Wednesday should arrive by Friday. If we have any concerns about delivery timing, especially for event-based rentals, we’ll contact you before dispatching your item.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

NSW Metro: 1–2 business days

Other states: 2–3 business days

You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your item ships.

Returns Made Easy

We include a prepaid Express Post return satchel with your delivery.

Simply place your item back in its original packaging and return it by the final day of your rental period.

Return via:

  • Any Australia Post store (preferred), or
  • A YELLOW Express Post street box (red boxes are not accepted and may delay returns).
  • Late returns incur a $25/day fee, up to 7 days. Beyond that, you may be charged the full RRP of the item.

Sustainable Packaging & Return Policy

We’ve invested in custom packaging to keep your item safe and help reduce waste. Please reuse and return all packaging with your item.

If any packaging is not returned or is damaged beyond reuse, the following fees will apply:

  • Jewellery Cards: $2 each
  • Dust Bags: $5 each
  • Hard/Sunglasses Cases: $10 each

We charge a flat packaging replacement fee of $15 if multiple pieces are missing or damaged.
