WHAT IS STYLE VAULT MEMBERSHIP?
Style Vault Membership gives you ongoing access to a rotating wardrobe of designer bags, jewellery and accessories. Each month you'll receive rental credit to use towards eligible Style Vault rentals, along with member-only pricing, access to extended 30-day rentals and one complimentary shipment per month.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EDIT AND THE VAULT?
Edit is $75 per month and includes $100 in monthly rental credit plus 15% off rentals. The Vault is $150 per month and includes $200 in monthly rental credit plus 20% off rentals. Both memberships include access to 30-day rentals, one complimentary shipment per month, rental credit rollover and 5% off eligible purchases.
WHAT CAN I USE MY RENTAL CREDIT FOR?
Your rental credit can be used towards eligible Style Vault rentals across bags, jewellery and accessories. It can be used across one piece or multiple pieces. Rental credit cannot be used towards purchases.
HOW DOES MY MEMBER DISCOUNT WORK WITH MY RENTAL CREDIT?
Your member discount is applied to the rental price first, then your available rental credit can be used towards the discounted amount.
For example, if you're a Vault member and a rental is $250, your 20% member discount brings it to $200. You can then use $200 of rental credit towards the rental and it saved you $100.
WHAT IF I WANT SOMETHING WORTH MORE THAN MY AVAILABLE RENTAL CREDIT?
Go for it. Your available rental credit can be applied to the rental and you simply pay the difference.
Your rental credit doesn't limit which pieces you can choose, it simply contributes towards the cost.
DOES UNUSED RENTAL CREDIT ROLL OVER?
Yes. If you don't use all of your rental credit in a month, it can roll over while your membership remains active.
Edit members can hold up to $200 in rental credit, while The Vault members can hold up to $400.
WHAT ARE 30-DAY RENTALS?
30-day rentals are exclusively available to Style Vault members. Instead of renting a piece just for an event, you can keep selected pieces for up to 30 days and make them part of your everyday wardrobe.
Wear it to dinner, take it away for the weekend, style it differently next week, then return it and choose what's next.
IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?
Each membership includes one complimentary shipment per month. You can include multiple rental pieces in the same shipment.
If you'd like another shipment within the same membership month, standard Style Vault shipping charges apply.
CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE PIECE AT A TIME?
Yes. Your membership isn't limited to one piece at a time. You can use your available rental credit across multiple eligible pieces and pay any difference if the total exceeds your available rental credit.
IS THERE A MINIMUM MEMBERSHIP PERIOD?
Yes. Both Edit and The Vault have a three-month minimum membership period. Then you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice and provided all the pieces have been returned.
