Please upload the following:

A clear photo or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (front and back)
(e.g. driver’s licence or passport)
A Selfie to confirm your ID photograph
If you're using a passport, or your licence does not display your current address, please also upload a proof of address dated within the last 3 months
(e.g. utility bill, bank statement, lease agreement, or official letter)

What if your delivery address is different from the one on your ID?

If you're sending your rental to a different residential address (e.g. a friend’s or family member’s home), you must also provide:

A proof of address for the person living at the delivery address (e.g. their utility bill or lease)
Plus your own ID, as outlined above

If you're using a hotel or temporary accommodation, you may still use that address—but you acknowledge that:

You are personally responsible for the item once delivered
Style Vault is not liable for lost or misplaced items at these locations; or if there are any issues with delivery to that address
Style Vault still requires proof of address for the address on your ID for security purposes.
