Sometimes you will be the first to experience an item and other times items will be pre-loved and this can change each time the item is borrowed. Delivery

We offer secure, tracked and insured delivery Australia-wide via Australia Post Express Post.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES:

Sydney Metro: Next business day (booking cut-off midday)
Interstate & Regional: Please allow 2–3+ business days

For interstate orders, we recommend allowing at least two business days for transit where possible.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Orders will be scheduled to arrive on or before your selected delivery date where possible.

SYDNEY PRIORITY DELIVERY

For eligible Sydney Metro postcodes, same-day courier and priority next-business-day delivery options may be available. The cut-off time for these services is 4pm.

Rental Returns

Return shipping is included for all rentals and prepaid by Style Vault.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Your package will contain a prepaid Express Post satchel for returning your items.

Please lodge your return via:
•⁠ ⁠An Australia Post Office, or
•⁠ ⁠A YELLOW Australia Post Express Post Box

Please do not use a standard red post box, as this may cause delays. Late fees may apply where returns are not processed correctly.

You remain responsible for the item until return tracking has been scanned and confirmed by Australia Post.

Returns should be lodged on the final day of your rental period.

Cleaning

Please do not attempt to clean items yourself. Professional cleaning is included as part of our service.

• ID Verification may be required prior to shipment of your order
• Your rental fee includes cleaning and general wear and tear.
• In the event of significant damage, loss or theft, you will be Liable for the Estimated Retail of the item listed above, plus any discretionary fees.
• Cancellation of 14 days or more you will receive a full refund.
• Cancellation less than 14 days you will receive a credit note for Style Vault.
• Once an item has been dispatched there are no cancellations or refunds.
